For 6 years I have been running Women’s containers, Embodiment classes and 1:1 work with hundreds of Women. This is my deepest passion and I believe calling.

I help Women return to the wisdom of their bodies through Movement, Feminine Breathwork, Trauma Release and body based Embodiment techniques. Over the years I have held sacred containers such as SIRENS and now as the work evolves and my teachings deepen I now offer ALTERED for Feminine healing.

So many of us carry deep wounds to our own Divine Feminine nature, our sensuality and sexuality. This can come from Childhood wounding, Trauma such as sexual shame and or physical assault, Miscarriage, Termination and the great wounding of the Feminine of being “too much” and or “not enough”

As women, many of us have experienced shutdown and disconnection from our bodies, our hearts, partners, etc this can be a complex and disheartening feeling. Many of my clients have physical symptoms that show up (I believe this is our beautiful bodies wisdom showing us what needs our loving attention) and in the quest to “fix” the symptoms they often get louder. This can leave us feeling powerless and confused.

From a very young age, we were taught—and often encouraged—to dismiss and override our body’s intelligence and her sacred signals, so as we move through the journey of our lives this disconnect gets layered with threads of avoidance, pushing through and just getting on with it, or people pleasing etc etc

This can have a major impact on the Feminine system and at one point becomes too much and that’s usually when we don’t know what to do…. the body is crashing or closing off in some way. This often shows up with weight gain, hormonal dysfunction, sexual disconnection or loss of desire, creativity and or patterns of dis-ease…. I could go on, however my experience is this is the bodies attempt to get us just that back in the body, the heart space

It is so important we shift through layers of shame, guilt, resentment, rage and grief that are often the pieces blocking us from our true nature and fullest expression. It is crucial we all explore techniques and modalities that teach us softly, safely and respectfully to shift through blockages and stored emotion so that we can feel the depths of what is true for us. It is from this place we can recover the wounded parts, the shamed parts and lovingly understand her

We can reconnect to our aliveness, life force and eros through nervous system and somatic-based practices, energetic and esoteric healing, Tantric ritual, womb healing, and of course the wisdom of sisterhood.
