ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This is a cultivation of my life’s work, numerous trainings and practices, as well as 10 years of experience working with hundreds of women.

The training will be led by Prue, with support from guest faculty experts to inspire your deepest transformation.

Interactive Practice & Integration
I have designed this training to focus on your own initiation into your body and your practices, as well as teaching you how to hold space for others. Each woman’s coding and experience in this world is as unique as our own fingerprints. However, there are threads of the feminine experience that are the same—loss, grief, sacred rage, holding, resistance, sexual dysfunction, loss of aliveness, and the great wounding of being too much and, at the same time, never enough. You will be able to support your clients in shifting from disconnect, freeze, dissociation, and numbness into a state of feeling, aliveness, authentic expression, and pleasure.
This training will allow you to learn and tap into the sacred heart codes of the feminine, as well as the magic and creative power of the womb, heart, and somatic and energetic bodies. You will leave a lasting impact on your clients, friends, family, and the feminine community around you. This training is grounded in nervous system work, embodiment processes, and powerful healing methods, maps, and techniques.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Through the gateways of breath, touch, sound, movement, and loving presence, you will be trained in how to weave your own magic along with shamanic space-holding techniques to hold, regulate, and inspire elasticity in other women’s nervous systems.
Ultimately, this is a training in how to bring other women back to the sacredness, authenticity, aliveness, and wisdom of their own bodies.
This training will challenge, shift, and inspire you. It is my privilege and honour to develop and support you in cultivating your own sense of self in this very special and tender field of work. You will leave as a guardian of safety, integrity, and attunement.
ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION
This training will be certified through IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists).
You will receive a Certificate in Feminine Embodiment Arts, which will enable you to run your own circles, teach feminine practices, and confidently hold space for events and retreats in this modality.
Upon completion, you will gain access to exclusive IICT insurance rates and discounted professional memberships that are usually only available to members.
(Please note that as of October 2024, we are still finalising all backend approvals with IICT. This will be complete and official by the time this training commences.)

$5,500 incl. GST
$1,000 non-refundable deposit
Payment plans are available, but full payment is due before the commencement of training.
This training is by application only and is intended for yoga teachers, practitioners, space holders, and coaches, as well as women dedicated to their own self-healing who are ready to learn more, be inspired, and possibly take the step into a facilitator role.
After successful completion and assessment, you will graduate with a certificate from the International Institute of Complementary Therapies.
You will be part of the ALTERED ACADEMY community of women. This not only provides you with professional credibility but also establishes this as an insurable modality.
